About Me

Welcome and thank you for taking an interest in Laura Matherne Photography. Here is just a little bit about myself, I am a stay-at-home mama to five beautiful little children.  I have been happily married for 20 years to my favorite guy ;) I have a bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, concentrating on Graphic Design and Photography. I love all types of Art! When I have spare time I love to draw, paint, sew, and craft.  My love for photography has brought me to work in many fields in this business over the years...I started out as an intern as a Wedding Photographer, and after having my own children, I started my own business photographing families, newborns, maternity, and children.  I love what I do. I strive to give my clients beautiful images they will be able to cherish for a lifetime. I enjoy getting to know my clients and making them feel comfortable as possible during their sessions.
